This home was built to American specifications and standards and got completed May 2016.

There is a 6' x 6'plunge pool incorporated into the floor of the screened patio for those hot lazy
days out of the sun.
The entrance hall to the house is 9' x 8' and is fully screened. A spiral staircase leads to the roof
top lounge.
The roof top lounge is just over 1000 sq ft in area and has spectacular views of the water and
the greens. A 3 rd bedroom with ensuite, could be incorporated into the space if required.
The roof is constructed of palapa leaf and local woods and is built to a very high standard,
mirroring high end resorts.
The yard is large enough to build an additional house or garage with accommodation. There
would still be ample room for a large swimming pool, gardens or green houses.
