Friends by the Pier is a breakfast and lunch place just steps to the municipal pier and on our world famous sidewalk. You get views of the Caribbean Sea while you eat! The business also has a laundry service that is fully equipped with 3 washers and 3 dryers and the facility is expandable. With half of the lot still undeveloped, there is room for expansion and potential for income property.
